Booking and cancellation policy

28 days or more before arrival: 100% of the booking value is refunded. 14 to 27 days before arrival: 50% is refunded. Less than 14 days: normally no refund. Date moves require owner approval and availability within the same camping season. Bank Holiday stays cannot be moved. Any price increase must be paid. For a cheaper move requested at least 14 days before the original arrival, the price difference is refunded. No price difference is refunded with less notice.

Camping arrival from 12pm, departure by 12pm. Glamping arrival from 2.30pm, departure by 11am. Glamping guests must bring bedding and towels.

Cars and vans up to 7 metres. No caravans or large motorhomes. No disposable BBQs.

Bookings are confirmed after successful payment. Keep your private booking link safe: it lets you manage your stay.
